Todays Society???
Mood:  don't ask
Topic: What are they thinking of
On my mind today..hmmm
I cannot help but think what this world is coming too after listening to this story. An aged Father who tells his grown son that he doesn't appreciate it when he calls his mother names. Tells the aged father to "be a man".
What was the son thinking i want my mother punished, so you stand up and abuse her as much as I do?

I know that the bible says in the last days that children would be without natural affection, trucebreakers, bur this is hard to swallow. And worse the son felt no shame, that is the hardest thing to think about. All you young men out there, is this common in todays world, or was this an isolated case?

I pray for this mans soul, that he doesn't have to stand before a just God and answer for this.

Targets Answer to My Protest
Mood:  sharp
Topic: What are they thinking of
I recieved communications from Target in reply to my boycott of their stores. They said "many other stores are not allowing solicitation in front of their stores". That it is policy of many stores. My answer to that, is that I will be boycotting all of them.

That they offered the Salvation Army to apply for funds, but so far they have not met their criteria for charity. My Answer, WHAT?? The Salvation Army does not meet their Criteria, then they do not meet my criteria for a valid place to do business.

If you would like to join a protest to Targets ,there is a websiteBanTarget.org If this is as outrageous to you as it is to me. Please let Target know your thoughts.

Target , Targets Salvation Army Bell Ringers
Topic: What are they thinking of
Target, announced they would not let Salvation Army Bell Ringers solicit funds outside of their stores during this Christmas Season.

To those of us with childhood memories of lean Christmasses when a parent was laid off, and the Salvation Army provided a basket, and the few toys they brought as the only presents under the tree.

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!

Stores make 1/4 of their income during the Christmas Season, the Salvation Army raises almost 80% of their funds during this season. With target playing the Grinch I say let them keep their products their sales, and see how much money they lose because of their arbitrary policy.

The Salvation Army feeds thousands of families during the Christmas season, and shelters many more thousands of homeless people throughout the year. I am more than OUTRAGED I have notified Target that I will not be spending any of my money at their stores, and notified my email list of their new policies, and sent Targets Email address to them, Guest.Relations@Target.com knowing that many would be as outraged as I am!

I will even go one step further, until their policy is changed, I will notify every TV Station that runs their Advertisements during this holiday season, that I will boycott their TV stations for running TARGET Ads.

If you are as angry as I am about this copy thier email address drop them an email. All you have to put is that you are angry for not allowing the Salvation Army Bell Ringers to collect funds in front of their stores. Remember this is a season for giving. Jesus gave the ultimate, and we are celebrating Christmas in honor of HIM. There is no other reason for the season, remember all of those who are less fortunate than you are this season. Also remember the corporations who think that they can make money on the season while acting as a GRINCH to charities who try to make someone elses life a little better.
